Capacon Resort State Park

Opened in 1933, the 6,115-acre (2,475 ha) Cacapon Resort State Park is located on the eastern slopes of Cacapon Mountain in Morgan County, West Virginia. The Panorama Overlook, at the southern end of the park and 2,320 feet (710 m) above sea level, is the highest point in the park and in Morgan County. From here you can see 4 states VA, PA, MD and WV.
Cacapon is from the Shawnee Indian word meaning "medicine waters," which have been renowned through history for their healing powers. These waters come to the surface about 10 miles from Cacapon at nearby Berkeley Springs State Park.
